The MWF Factory

This blogger wanted to wait until hearing the results of the MWF Factory this past weekend.

 

Seeing the video, and seeing the aspirants, including several women, it looked to be very successful.  

 

This fan has been told that it can vary from weeks to months and to possibly over a year for someone to become a wrestler.  As noted, or been said, it takes a lot to become what a Jake De Leon, Fabio Makisig, Crystal, Chelsea Marie and what the MWF locker room had to accomplish to get where they are today.

 

It's nice to see factories like this throughout various Southeast Asia promotions.  This fan has read numerous posts on Facebook and sees the results.  Pro Wrestling, no matter where in the world, needs to continue to grow.  Whether it's the road to WWE's NXT or the Manila Wrestling Federation, there is always a need for wrestlers, male and female!

 

Just the fact that numerous people took the first step.....and took part in the MWF Factory is the most important one.  Hopefully, this will be the first of many!

FPW: Astig Update

FPW: Astig will be returning to the PMC Spotlight Blackbox Theater on Sunday, February 11th in Circuit Makati at 2pm.  The first match has been made and it is a main event!

 

Undefeated and FPW Champion, Mike Madrigal, will put the title on the line against the Gym Bro, and rising star, Thiago.

 

This is the first time the two wrestlers have faced each other in competition.  This fan has seen both wrestlers compete at last August's FPW: Astig and was impressed with what he saw.  According to a couple of wrestlers, it has been said to watch out for Thiago!  He is improving by the day.  This fan is sure that Madrigal isn't taking his opponent lightly either.  This will be Mike's third defense of the FPW Championship Title.

NTW Show Update

Want to update everyone on New Taiwan Wrestling's next show to take place this coming  Saturday, January 20th.  The venue is Zhongguang Dojo :No. 20, Lane 20, Sec. 1, Xingren Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City (5 mins walk from Neiang Railway Station).  The time of the show is at 2pm with the doors opening at 1:30pm.

MKW Bash At The Bay Update

There has been an update regarding MKW's Bash At The Bay 3 show to be held in Shenzen, China on Saturday, January 27th.

 

The MKW World Championship has been vacated.  It has been announced that a Triple Threat Match will decide a new champion.

 

It will be The Slam vs. Franco Varga vs. Coldray for the prestigious belt.

 

Also, Alexis Lee will take on Hibiscus Lii for the CWE Vixens Championship.

 

Zombie Dragon, who was to be part of a six person mixed tag team match, suffered a broken foot and has withdrawn from the match.
