Pro Wrestling has always been, to many, the best in sports entertainment. Every promotion has its faces and heels. And then, there are the stables and factions!
The first one that this blogger can recall would be The Four Hoursemen of NWA/WCW's era. This fan will always remember the day when on TBS, the Superstation out of Atlanta, Georgia. Legendary announcer, Gordon Solie would introduce them for an television studio interview. There was the Nature Boy, Ric Flair. He would be joined by Arn and Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard and their manager, JJ Dillon. The group would back their trash talk with their in ring performance quite often.
Stables and factions are developing now in Southeast Asia Pro Wrestling. For instance, in Vietnam Pro Wrestling, over the past few months, a group called Vortex Rebellion has been formed. It's members currently are Kira, KPY, D Austin and Long Xiumin.
With PUSO Wrestling in the Philippines, a couple of months ago, there was the return of MSG from the early Pinoy wrestling years. A familiar name, Mr. Sy, has formed a group that could take notice in the Pinoy wrestling scene. The group are Dabid Ravena, Kurt Jiminez, Miguel Valdez and Chelsea Marie.
Also, last year, SIGMA, from Filipino Pro Wrestling is in the news. Led by wrestler, mentor and/or strategist, LegenDarius, SIGMA has Jason Rex and his latest find, AB3 in the fold.
There may be other groups that this blogger is unaware of, and will likely find out soon. Things could be very interesting at a VPW, FPW, PUSO Wrestling show in the future. Wrestling fans will definitely be, more than interested, in their promotion's upcoming shows.
