SETUP x IWA Thailand has made a major announcement a few hours ago regarding a wrestling show. This is definitely news since this show will take place in Japan.
The date is Friday, November 14th. The venue is Tokyo Square in Itabashi, a ward (or district) in the Tokyo metropolis. The show is titled SETUP x IWA Thailand: A New Dawn.

After more than 14 years in the pro-wrestling business, it’s finally time for Thai wrestling to step into the Japanese market on our own.With the collaboration between SETUP Thailand Pro Wrestling and the original management team of IWA Japan, we launched IWA Thailand as a successor to President Asano’s legacy.
More than just a show, this is a declaration of what Thai wrestling truly is.
We are also bringing top talents from Southeast Asia who have played important roles in developing the scene from the very beginning.
This is also a love letter to Japanese wrestling, which has been our foundation since the heart-work era of Emi Sakura, Masahiro Takanashi, and many others who supported us along the way.
SETUP Thailand Pro Wrestling x IWA Thailand “A NEW DAWN” will feature original characters from IWA Japan alongside Thai wrestling superstars.
The show will also include pro-wrestlers from our partner promotions around the world.
If you are a fan of IWA Japan, or if you have ever been curious about professional wrestling in Thailand, this is the show you don’t want to miss.
