TOP Dojo's next show, Kingdom Under Fire. will take place on Sunday, July 20th, Motorway Dojo near the Hua Mak Airport Station, beginning at 12:30pm.
A few hours ago, the parings for the King Of Thai Wrestling Tournament 2025, First Round have been announced (listed in the box above). Here is the information that this blogger copied from the TOP Dojo Facebook page. It's best for the blogger to share it this way.
- Matches are basically Single Match, where extra matches may occur upon agreement or willingness of both wrestlers and some rules will be modified to fit the following TOP dojo style of fighting.
- 1. Defeated with three presses (Pinfall), surrendered from lock handle (Submission), or counted by referee after falling, then unable to get up before referee counting ten (Knock Out). All of this must happen only on the tennis arena.
- 2. Do not use fists, do not attack the point below the belt, do not attack eyes, do not attack or lock in the form of pulling hair, scratching, tearing facial areas by referee discretion.
- 3. When a lock is caught at a breaking net, the referee is discretionable and can count to 5. If the wrestler refuses to stop breaking the rules, they are penalized.
- 4. No weapons used in a basic match.
*All matchings are done by the TOP dojo team
**As a former champion, Prince Benny can immediately enter the tournament, but must be exchanged for the first round match, without any privileges at all.
***Golem Thai has the right to win by (Win by Default) to enter the second round immediately because it has the best total score this year (W:2, D:2, L:0).
