Next week, this blogger will be going on vacation for three weeks. Hopefully, I'll be able to find an internet cafe to do some pro wrestling blog posts. If not, please check with the promotion(s) that you follow. They do their best in keeping up with what's happening on the wrestling scene.
This blogger just finished watching a video with the co-founders of Grapplemax Pro Wrestling Singapore. Having some knowledge in the Southeast Asia Pro Wrestling scene, what was mentioned by Greg and Dennis was no surprise to me. If any of you have a chance, please listen and watch what Greg and Dennis had to say as their show, Unity is coming up this weekend. Running a pro wrestling promotion or company is by no means easy, most definitely financially. Every promotion this blogger has followed has done the best in providing a show whenever possible. This is not WWE and AEW where people who "have the bucks" run things. Even then, there can be hardships in their promotions, especially when you see, from time to time, wrestlers and/or staff being cut from their payroll. We are talking independent promotions here.
This blogger got into doing a wrestling blog for one purpose. Looking at the bigger picture, other than just being a fan, I wanted to give something back to pro wrestling what it has given me. Blogging to help promotions for upcoming shows and, every once in awhile, sponsoring, hopefully, has helped. The one thing that was conquered was the time difference between Southeast Asia and Northern California.
Over three years of seeing SEA Pro Wrestling, collectively, it has grown leaps and bounds. Everyone reading this, and who has been to a show, or more, deserve this. The promotions, wrestlers and staff work their butts off for the fans. This fan, more than anything, appreciates this and hopefully, all of you feel likewise!
The upcoming shows at the end of this month and December are important. A number of fans this fan has talked with totally agree. The picture going forward in 2026 is potentially a bright one. At the same time, all of us need be aware of what it took to get to this point.
