Hello everyone.
If there was a weekend to be alive and enjoying something that you've enjoyed for a long time, last weekend was it!
Some of you reading this know I'm a huge Major League Baseball fan (yes the Giants!). And they had a huge series of games this past weekend (the Dodgers!). Yes, the Dodgers won the series.....as usual! I was offered a free ticket to Saturday's game in which I didn't accept. Why?
Very simple. Saturday (Sunday in Southeast Asia) was AEW's All In from Arlington, Texas. WWE had their event later on called Saturday Night's Main Event from Atlanta, GA. And on Sunday, Evolution from Atlanta featuring the women!
There were also Southeast Asia wrestling events this past weekend. Filipino Pro Wrestling had a great show at the Baked Studios in Makati City with a few surprises.
Also, Malaysia Pro Wrestling appeared to have a great event called Full Throttle that brought the house down with some great matches including one of my favorite stables in RGT!
Right now in America, the sport of baseball is in a declining mode which is sad. It's been this way for awhile now. Maybe by bringing it back to the 1960s-1970s when the popularity was at its peak, I would be singing a different tune!
Not with pro wrestling locally, nationally and internationally. Wherever this blogger goes and talks to wrestling fans, pro wrestling has never been in a better place (and this blogger has been around awhile now).
So to those that follow local wrestling throughout Southeast Asia, please, by all means, continue to support it big time! The promotions and everyone who is a part of it deserves that much. Thanks everyone!
