Shaukat And Nor Phoenix Diana In America

Hello everyone.

APAC Wrestling's Shaukat and Nor "Phoenix" Diana have made their way to America, and in a major way.

Both wrestlers are in Texas at the Reality Of Wrestling (ROW) tapings.  ROW is an independent promotion based out of Houston.  The company was founded by WWE Hall Of Famer, Booker T in 2005 and was initially called Pro Wrestling Alliance.

As a few of you may know already, Shaukat was inspired by Booker T to start professional wrestling back in 2013.  Over the next 12 years, he would wrestle in Malaysia undoubtedly as the top wrestler in the country.  In 2020, Shaukat started APAC Wrestling and the company has been going very well since.  According to reports, this is the second time for Shaukat at a ROW taping.  He wrestled a couple of times in 2022.

For Nor "Phoenix" Diana, going to an ROW taping in America is a breakthrough and a major accomplishment.  She was the first hijabi woman pro wrestler in the world and the first Malaysian women's champion.

Her appearance at APAC Wrestling shows is an inspiration for women all over the world.  And her appearance in Texas will be another step for women who want to reach the squared circle.

Congratulations to Shaukat and to Nor "Phoenix" Diana on the latest accomplishments!

PSE_Thailand

Hello everyone!

I've been asked by several viewers why the blogger has done no posts on PSE Thailand's events.

This blogger will say that the promotion based in Pattaya is doing well with their nightly shows.  Definitely, the fan base is there and supporting the promotion.

Let's just say that I've asked for a response regarding their anniversary show on February 1st and haven't received one reply!  The blogger realizes that they are busy.  However, a reply would be nice...

Finally, this morning, I checked a wrestling database, and saw some results since the year began.  The latest results was not the anniversary show, but it is from February 5th.

This blogger understands that PSE_Thailand is a wrestling company but is a little different.  The shows are towards a collaboration with the night life in Pattaya.  This is, in no way, a criticism.  So, it is what it is.  Anything that helps pro wrestling in Southeast Asia is a positive.  Wrestlers from outside Thailand have appeared at their shows so that is a plus.

My suggestion to those that follow PSE, which I check periodically, is check their Facebook page.  As mentioned, they have shows daily.  I will continue to post about them from time to time.  Thank you.

Causeway Jam Update #2

Hello everyone!

The Causeway Jam show scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd has added another match.

A new MYPW tag team of "Love Warrior" Syawal and Fienic Rose will be making their Singapore debut at this show.  They will take on Larhvin, returning from Japan, and Simon Siah from Grapplemax in what anticipates to be a high - flying type match.

While mentioning that the Malaysia Pro Wrestling team is new, there is some mentioning of the Grapplemax team.  Larhvin and Simon Siah are rivals when wrestling at the Grapplemax Studios.  Since the two are teaming up, would they be able put the rivalry aside for this encounter?

As of this post, roughly 50% of the Early Bird tickets are sold out.  For more information, including tickets, please visit either the Malaysia Pro Wrestling and/or Grapplemax Pro Wrestling Facebook pages.  Thank you.
