Hello everyone.
I'm back on the blog, and at home and it's been a little over three weeks.
This is a repeat of what was posted the other day but here are the results from the SETUP Thailand abbreviated show and the TJPW Live In Thailand shows from last Saturday night at The Circus Studio. A couple of things were left out because I didn't have the information nor my laptop to do this the right way.
It was great to see 327 fans, a sellout at both shows. Certainly, TJPW was a draw for numerous reasons, especially since it was their first appearance in Thailand. Some people like this blogger may have know two or three of their wrestlers. What I saw was a lot of dedication to their craft and a lot of talent!
Thank you to Pumi, the staff and everyone involved for what was a great afternoon and evening. The championship match between Miu Watanabe and Matcha was one of those very rare moments when I wanted to see a wrestler win. It happened to be Matcha. Learning over the last couple of years of how she's had to carry the women's division in SETUP, she, more than proved to everyone at the show, that she's in the top tier of women wrestlers in Southeast and Asia pro wrestling.
Also, this blogger wants to give a huge shoutout to Chelsea Marie who received a title shot for the SETUP's Openweight Championship against Monomoth. In my mind, and hopefully there will be no disagreement here, this blogger saw Chelsea's best match since she's become a pro wrestler with MWF and now, PUSO Wrestling.
Leaving The Circus Studio that night, the two shows were a great momentum moment for 2026. SEA Wrestling will continue to get better! Here are the results from the two shows...
