PUSO Wrestling Karera Show Update #2

Hello everyone!

 

Have some updates here regarding PUSO Wrestling's next show, Karera.  The event takes place on Sunday, July 6th, 6pm at the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City.

 

In tag team action, Hakai Mateo and Alien Friend known as Otaku Alien will take on Aaron and Salomon Liwanag known as Bahay Ng Liwanag.

 

Also, in another tag team match, Patricia Ligaia and El Kapitunero known as Super Friends will take on Ken Cifer and a partner yet to be named.

 

And yet, another tag team encounter will have HSSLs Joya and Joey Rosas taking on MSGs Chelsea and Ravena. 

 

Also, the mysterious White Shirt will be in action.  Super P, recovering from injuries will be at the show.

PUSO Wrestling's Weekemd Results

 

Hello everyone!

Here are the official results from this past weekend's PUSO Wrestling shows, Pinoy Wrestling Night 2 and A Night Of Headlocks And Headbangs.  Both shows were a huge success and was arguably one of the best weekends ever in the history of Pinoy wrestling.

 

Thank you so much to the PUSO Wrestling staff, volunteers, wrestlers and the wrestling fans for a great weekend of wrestling as well as music!

  

Here are the results.....

 

Pinoy Wrestling Night 2 - Saturday, June 7th at the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City, PH.

 

1. MSG (Chelsea Marie and RAVENA) won against Otaku Alien (Hakai Mateo and Alien Friend).

 

2. Ken Cifer won against RAMONA.

 

3. Jake De Leon regains SETUP Thailand 24/7 Championship, won against Nigel San Jose.

 

4. Isaiah Valencia and Patricia Ligaia won against HSSL (Joey Rosas and Joya).

 

5. JOMAR won against Gabriel Arkanghel.

 

6. Pinoy Wrestling Brothers (Robin Sane and Fabio Makisig) won over The Gemini Kings (Main Maxx and R O M E O).

 

Robin Sane to face Main Maxx for the Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship on July 6th.

1. Solomon Liwanag won against Hakai Mateo.

PSE Wrestling Showdown

Hello everyone.

 

Just saw this on my Facebook feed.  By the time this is posted, the following match took place.

 

Wenbin Chen & Sunny Z, who are rivals within the PSE_Thailand camp, teamed up for one night.  They faced Best Bros from Choco Pro Wrestling in Japan in the PSE Wrestling Showdown at Pattaya, Thailand.

 

This will actually be a tune up match for the Best Bros team as after this match, they will be heading to the Philippines.  On Sunday, Best Bros will face Super Friends in a tag team match at the WrestleStorm 2 show at the Brawl Pit Bulusan.

Wrestlstorm 2 Show Update #7

Hello everyone.

 

With a little over one week to go, Dexcon's WrestleStorm 2 will take place on Sunday, March 16th beginning at 6pm at the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City, Philippines.

 

Here is the match card per the Dexcon - DXCN Facebook page.

 

1. International Dream Match: Best Bros vs. The Superfriends.

 

2. International Dream Match: Yoshi Tatsu / Jake De Leon vs. Sons of Tajiri (Fabio Makisig/ Jomar).

 

3. Pusong Pinoy Championship Match: Main Maxx vs. Dr. Gore.

 

4. WUW Tag Titles - TZK (Ken Cifer & St. John Martin) vs. Dabid Ravena & Aaron Liwanag  (Loser CANNOT challenge for the belts again).

 

5. Joya vs. Patricia Ligaia.

 

6. Robin Sane vs. Isaiah Valencia.

 

 

It will be a very interesting show with three International Dream Matches and two title matches.  However, this blogger believes that something else may be brewing on this evening......

WrestleStorm 2 Update #6

Hello everyone.

 

Dexcon's Wrestlestorm 2 show on Sunday, March 16th has added another match to their show, and it will be an exciting and energetic one.

 

PUSO Wrestling and HSSL's Joya will go one on one against Super Friends' Patricia Ligaia in a singles Pinay match.  

 

This fan and blogger has seen both ladies live and on video over the past year and a half.  Both women have made great strides in the women's division both in PUSO Wrestling and in Pinay wrestling throughout the Philippines.  This will definitely be one to watch for this show!

It's Now Official!

Hello everyone.

 

It is now official and you saw it on THIS BLOG first!  Super Friends (Super P. and El Kapitunero) have had their challenge accepted by ChocoPro's Best Bros (Mei Suruga and Baliyan Akki).  This will be an International Dream Match for both teams.

 

What a show that this is turning out to be!  WrestleStorm 2 will be taking place at the Brawl Pit Bulusan on Sunday, March 16th beginning at 6pm.  If you have not secured tickets for the show, please do so now!  Brawl Pit Bulusan capacity is somewhere in the neighborhood of 150 seats.  This blogger knows this from knowledge and the experience of seeing several shows there.

WrestleStorm 2 Update #3

Hello everyone!

 

We have another announcement to make regarding WrestleStorm 2 scheduled for Sunday, March 16th.  The show will take place at the Brawl Pit Bulusan beginning at 6pm.

 

If you thought yesterday's announcement was a shocker, wait until you see what is mentioned for today.

 

Once again, conspicuous by the absence of Dexcon Match Maker, Linus, according to the Dexcon - DXCN Facebook page, a huge announcement has been made.

 

The team of Mei Suruka and Akki known as Best Bros will be coming to the Philippines and the Brawl Pit Bulusan.  They are well known in team in Japan.

 

For those of you who do not know who the two wrestlers are, here is a little background.  My apologies if this is a little long.

 

Mei Suruga is a Japanese female wrestler that is part of ChocoPro.  Also, she works for Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling and with DDT.  She was trained by Emi Sakura, one of the greats and a familiar name in Southeast Asia.  I saw a quote once about her that said "every time she makes an appearance, she lights up the venue!"

 

Akki (and hopefully I have this correct because this is the only one I know ) goes by the full name of Baliyan Akki.  The Indian born wrestler started his career with Wrestle Square.  He would become part of ChocoPro in 2017, a couple of years later.  He has made appearances in several of the Japanese promotions as well as briefly in North America.

 

Along with Mei Suruga, the team known as Best Bros, won the Asia Dream Tag Team Championship at an event known as ChocoPro 76 on December 31, 2020.

 

The blogger, almost forgot, but they will be facing a team according to the Dexcon - DXCN Facebook page,  who’ve been sending signals across the galaxy… of Asia!  However, the name of the team has not yet been officially been named.....

 

Let me see now.....there was a team that, last Sunday at the end of the PUSO Wrestling Livestream III show, would take on anyone in the Philippines, or Southeast Asia, or anywhere on the planet!  

 

My suggestion would be to check out the PUSO Wrestling Livestream III video on You Tube and your answer is very likely at the end of the video.  Since the name of the team wasn't officially on Dexcon's post, this blogger will not name the team.  However, it is assumed that the team is Super Friends from PUSO Wrestling.  Again, it is not official as of this post.

WrestleStorm 2 Update #2

Hello everyone!

 

The next Dexcon show, WrestleStorm2 is coming up on Sunday, March 16th at the Brawl Pit Bulusan.

 

We've been waiting from Match Maker Linus on what the big announcement is!  We've heard that there's been a delay because of a trade that was rescinded in the NBA involving the Los Angeles Lakers.

 

Well, as a blogger, and being a Golden State Warriors fan, we wouldn't have trades that end up being rescinded.  However, that is for another time since this is pro wrestling!

 

The big news, and this didn't come from Linus, but WUW-PH Match Maker Miguel IS the following....

 

Mr. Philippine Wrestling - Jake De Leon AND Japan's legendary wrestler, Yoshi Tatsu will take on PUSO Wrestling's Fabio Makisig and Jomar in a tag team match!

 

I'm told by my sources that Dexcon is livid that the information leaked out.  This blogger has heard the words of scoundrel and some other stuff I cannot repeat.  As all of you know, this is a "G" rated blog.

 

Also, this blogger didn't mention this yesterday because he wanted the great Pinoy Wrestling fans to watch the You Tube Livestream III video.  

 

Since there's been a lot of material out on social media, this blogger can now share the following info.  Super Friends (Super P. and El Kapitunero), at the end of the stream yesterday, have issued an open challenge at the WrestleStorm 2 event!  This is no ordinary challenge either.  Super P. did say it can be any tag team in the Philippines, any tag team in Southeast Asia, and/or any tag team on the planet!

 

Please stay tuned as there could, very well, be another announcement very soon!  This blogger will assure the viewers that it won't come from me.  Pro Wrestling Today only provides the information.

WrestleStorm 2 Update #1

Hello everyone! 

Dexcon Pro Wrestling's show, WrestleStorm 2 will take place on Saturday, March 16th at the Brawl Pit Bulusan in Quezon City, PH. beginning at 6pm.  Though General Admission tickets are sold out, there are tickets still available for the event.  Please visit the Dexcon - DXCN Facebook page for more information.

 

Legendary Japan wrestler, Yoshi Tatsu will appear at the show.  Also scheduled are TZK (St. John Martin and Ken Cifer) who will defend the World Underground Wrestling - Philippines tag team belts.  The Red Lightning, Robin Sane, Mr. Philippine Wrestling, Jake De Leon and Super Friends (Super P. and El Kapitunero) will be appearing as well.  In the days ahead, there will be matches made.  Match Maker Linus has done a great job in securing the talent for this show.  Don't be surprised if there are a few names added to the show!

Jam Of The Joshis Update #2

Hello everyone!

 

A huge match has been added for Dexcon's Jam Of The Joshi's show.  The event takes place at Brawl Pit Bulusan, Saturday, October 13th beginning at 6pm in Quezon City.

 

The Horrors (Da Butcherman and Dr. Gore) will put the SPW Southeast Asian Tag Team Championship on the line against PUSO Wrestling's Super Friends (Super P and El Kapitunero).  

 

The Horrors are definitely a well known tag team wrestling, not only in Singapore, but in numerous countries throughout Southeast Asia.  They are definitely a team to be reckoned with.

 

Super Friends are no slouch either.  Both Super P and El Kapitunero have teamed up several times as well as in singles competition.  It will, undoubtedly, be their biggest test, and match, to date.
