SETUP Thailand Uprising Series '25 Match #2 Announced

Hello everyone.

 

SETUP Thailand's Uprising Series '25 Match #2 was just announced a few hours ago.

 

The First Round (Block A) - 10 minute time limit match will feature two wrestlers who have never faced each other in singles one on one competition before.  This will feature SETUP Thailand 24/7 Champion, Kevin Weng vs. Kru Pol.  From what is explained on the Facebook page (am getting confirmation), the SETUP 24/7 title is being defended as well.

 

Both wrestlers were a part of the faction, St. John's Innocent College with Kru Pol being the teacher and Kevin Weng is the student.  Late last year, things "temporarily" broke apart when Ponhub, the third member, and tag team partner of Kevin Weng, lost in a Triple Threat Match and was "expelled" from the school.  There is a lot at stake here for both wrestlers.

MKW Battle Of The Decade Update

Hello everyone.

 

Middle Kingdom Wrestling has announced their first match for their show, Battle Of The Decade 2015-2025.  The show will take place on May 24th at the East 3 Live House in Beijing beginning at 7pm.

 

The Slam will put the MKW World Championship up against legendary wrestler, Ho Ho Lun, the Father Of Hong Kong Wrestling.

ROR Experience: Fight 4 Ever Show Results

Hello everyone.

 

Here are the results from Ring Of Rebirth's show, ROR Experience Fight 4 Ever.  The show was held last Saturday night at the Goldpine Industrial Building.  The change of date and time was for the Muslim holiday, Ramadan.

 

Had a chance to watch in on stream.  Thank you to Prabu of Showtime Inc. for hosting the show.  Hopefully, he is on the mend, gets healthy and returns to ring action soon. 

 

Ring Of Rebirth continues to improve with the format.  This blogger was definitely impressed with an improved Erfie and Raj.  Along with The Geylang Syndicate and everyone on the staff, the promotion continues to get better.  The Eurasian Dragon is doing a great job with promoting, training and wrestling.  It's a young group with getting more experience.  Having The Eurasian Dragon, Nyc and BGJ there is important for the promotion.

 

Also, the blogger liked the comedy part of the show, the intermission after a couple of matches.  Also, a giveaway for a fan is a welcome sight in a pro wrestling show.  Kudos to The Eurasian Dragon and the promotion!

 

Finally, last but not least were the fans!  Though small in number, they, more than anything, were really into the action!  The Q&A after the show is something one likes to see more of.  However, that is subject with shows if they are a shorter or a longer show.

FPW March Astig Show Update #1

Hello everyone.

 

One match has been announced for FPW Astig's March show.  The event will take place on Sunday, March 23rd, 2pm at the Baked Studios in Makati City.

 

The high flying Calif Nueva, fresh off his performance at The Secret Show At The Secret Place last week will be in action.  His opponent will be the tough Duke Ortega in a singles match.

 

This will be a test for both competitors as both wrestlers try to find their way up towards a possible FPW Champion Title match some time later this year.  Also, the two wrestlers will face each other in ring action in a singles match for the first time!
